The de Buyer Mineral B Pro pans are made of 99% iron and 1% carbon steel just like the classic Mineral B collection. Includes a cast stainless steel handle, which allows the pan to be placed in direct heat (ex. an oven or BBQ) for longer periods of time. These pans are as slippery as a brand new non-stick pan with better sear and without any synthetic coating.
