Every detail of each knife in the Zwilling Dragon collection is finely polished, reflecting the Chinese craftsmanship spirit. Dragon combines Chinese culture stretching back over 5,000 years with modern design and traditional craftsmanship. All knives in the series are made from one piece of special stainless steel recipe with a fine Pakka wood handle. The highlight is that each knife bears a poem by a Chinese well-known poet, litterateur or philosopher, each representing one of the seven major Chinese dynasties.
